Our netviewer's desktop sharing function allows active screen content to be exchanged in real time among two internet-connected PCs. Of course, the content is encrypted before the exchange. Your screen content ist transferred to us only after your explicit permission. With your additional approval, you can assign remote control rights to our technical service staff. Please make sure that you close all files and applications, which you do not wish to be visible to us.
