The system allows you to capture a highly precise and complete shape of the foot sole within just a few seconds. The obtained data can be easily processed in "pedcad-insole-designer" to subsequently manufacture a custom insole tailored precisely satisfying your requirements.

In addition your existing lasts, shoe foam or insole blanks can be measured to process them in the above mentioned way.

Our stripe projector can be used not only to gather foot data but also to produce custom shoes. It is possible to measure the bottom side of the shoe after lasting and before the filling. With this data  the filling and the manufacture of soles for shoes with wedge heels can be done in one production step using the pedcad milling system. Even the sole roller itself can be shaped this way.
